STORE: To place an order, please use the STORE. In the STORE, choose the products that you wish to order by clicking on the image of each product. Adjust Quantity and click the ADD TO CART button.
CHECKOUT: When you are ready to checkout, click the CHECKOUT button. There you will have the opportunity to review your order, and adjust quantities of products in your CART. You can go back to Continue Shopping or click the CHECKOUT button again. This brings you to the Secure Checkout page where you enter your Shipping Information and your Billing Information. Here you may also have the option to choose a Shipping Method, and you can place a Note to Seller.
LOCAL CUSTOMERS: Customers who are local to Woodstock, VT will have a Shipping Method option for "Woodstock Local Pickup". In the Note to Seller box, please provide us with your intended pickup date and approximate time. There is no fee for this method. We partner with a local vendor to offer a drop-off/pickup service for local customers. Upon order completion, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup information.
SHIPPING: We will ship orders to non-local customers using USPS Priority service. Fee will be automatically calculated based upon total products purchased and state to which your order is to be shipped. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible and you should receive it in 2-6 business days depending upon shipping location.
DELAYED SHIPPING: If you would like to place your order in advance of your preferred receipt date, please designate in the Note to Seller box when you would like your order to be received. WE ENCOURAGE THIS!!! Since we are a small company and make our products in small batches, we can plan better. And you can be assured we have your order well in advance of a busy holiday. And since our chocolates are fresh chocolates, you can be assured the your chocolates are delivered fresh just before you enjoy them.
GIFT MESSAGE: If you are shipping your order as a gift directly to the recipient and you would like us to include a gift message, please enter your gift message in the Note to Seller box.
COMPLETING ORDER: When you have entered all information on the Secure Checkout page, click the COMPLETE ORDER button. You will receive an automated confirmation email. If you placed your order for Local Pickup, you will receive a second confirmation email with pickup information. If we have any questions with your order, we will contact you by email.
